    The ‘Ask A Question’ feature provides a quick and simple way for users to submit a short non-technical question to the Paramach support staff, directly from within the CAD/CAM web application.

    Your personal dashboard incorporates a fast, secure and easy to use Dashboard Messaging System. Similar to native email, but much quicker and more efficiant, Paramach DMS is your first line of communication with our dedicated support staff.

    Support tickets are designed for more complex technical question and issues relating to the CAD/CAM software application and other dynamic features of the website. Raising a ticket allows both you and Paramach to record and track the current status, submission date, last activity and resolution information to ensure you get the most accurate response.

    Bug reports are essential to us as we continue to add new features and functionality to the Paramach application. If you discover a Bug in the software we encourage you to report it as soon as possible. Once a Bug report has been submitted and verified, we will take immediate action to resolve the issue. Stable, reliable and bug-free software will always be our number one priority.
