Support tickets are designed for more complex technical question and issues relating to the CAD/CAM Software application and other dynamic features of the website. Raising a Ticket allows both you and Paramach to record and track the current status, submission date, last activity and resolution information to ensure you get the most accurate response.
Bug reports are essential to us as we continue to add new features and functionality to the Paramach application. If you discover a Bug in the software we encourage you to report it as soon as possible. Once a bug report has been submitted and verified, we will take immediate action to resolve the issue. Stable, reliable bug-free software will always be our number one priority.
The Post Request Service is free to our subscription members: you provide us with the required information and we will build you a new Post, or make a modification to an existing Post, best suited to your CNC controller.
